Music is part and parcel of life in Coachford N.S. Children of all ages compete in the Feis Maitiu and Cor Fheile competitions throughout their time at school here. The children also take part in school choirs for school masses and celebrations. The children really enjoy singing and performing music in their time here at Coachford N.S.

We held a variety of activities in the school to celebrate Seachtain na Gaelige which included a Tráth na gCeist, a Ceolchoirm and a Ceilí Mór. The children displayed their many talents during the Ceolchoirm which included singing, reciting poetry, Irish dancing and performing an Irish Hakka!
